For most brake parts, and rare shocks, we will need to re-build your units.

-Send us your parts.
-We re-build them and send them back to you.

-Turnaround time: 7 to 10 working days for most jobs.

-Some parts require extra work based on their condition. If we need more time, or foresee a more costly job than the price advertised, we will contact you before starting work.

Shipping to Apple:
Parts need not be cleaned.

To avoid delays and losses, please include the following in your box:
-A brief note with your name, address, phone number, listing of what is sent, etc.

For best shipping rates we recommend "Priority Mail Flat Rate Box". Boxes (in three different sizes) are available free at post offices. Postage between any two USA zip codes is same for whatever you can fit in the box and package arrives in 2-3 business days. Most popular size is 8.5 by 11 by 5.5; postage for it is $17.10 (insurance is optional). With postage paid online you can schedule free pick-up. For details go to Click-N-Ship.

Payment to Apple:

All jobs must be paid in full before return shipping. Payment options are:
- many jobs can be pre-paid on our website, if you do so, please include a reference to your order number (from order confirmation page),
- or, we will ask for credit card or PayPal payment before return shipping: phone call or email (email will contain outline of the invoice and link for 24x7 payment on our website),
- you can also send a check along with the parts - check made on Apple Hydraulics, for amount in the shopping cart after you enter your Zip Code (or amount quoted over the phone or email).
