Packard 5th shock is used to stabilize the rear axle lateral (side to side) movement.
$385 is cost to rebuild your unit, You must send your shock in for rebuilding.
We rebuild your original Houdaille rotary lever shock from early Packards.
These shocks usually come in frozen solid, please allow 10 days in the shop as they can be difficult to rebuild correctly.
